    " I listed my home in May, 2007 with an agent with 37 years experience.  The agent never showed me any stats, never gave me a copy of the listing agreement, and more importantly overpriced the home and for two months, while the market kept dropping, we never got an offer.  I canned him after two months of wasted time.  I was going to try to sell the house myself until I saw a flyer about a guy who would list my house for 1% and still provide all the services of a top rate real estate company, to wit:  Re-Max.
